- Player Responsibility
While playing Moon District, Players are solely responsible for their actions and decisions. You understand that participation in the game involves risk, and you may lose assets (digital items, cryptocurrencies, or other in-game tokens) due to various in-game mechanics or interactions.
- Blockchain Technology and Transactions
Moon District operates on blockchain technology, which means all in-game assets are stored on the blockchain. Players must use compatible digital wallets and comply with the respective blockchain's terms and conditions.
- Ownership of Assets
Players understand and acknowledge that in order to participate in Moon District, their in-game assets, including digital cards, tokens, must be staked into the game's smart contract. By staking their assets, Players transfer ownership and control of these assets to the game's smart contract, which acts autonomously according to predefined rules and protocols.
While Players retain certain usage rights and benefits associated with their staked assets within the game environment, ultimate ownership and control reside with the Owners of Moon District.
By staking their assets into the game, Players agree to relinquish ownership rights and agree to abide by the rules and policies set forth by the Owners and the game's smart contract.
- Ban Policy
The Developers retain the right to enforce and apply temporary or permanent bans on Players for any reason deemed necessary to maintain the integrity of the game environment, combat fraudulent activities, or protect the community's interests. This includes, but is not limited to, banning Players for violations of the game's rules, disruptive behavior, cheating, or exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities.

Players acknowledge that the game may experience downtime, disruptions, or technical issues beyond the Developers' control.
